The interest is in developing disjunctive poetic situations. This is achieved by using 2 elements and the distinctions between the elements provide the solutions. This work places a spinning clown head adjacent to large black flags. The referents in this case are clothes lines, black flags, amusement parks, signage, architectural spaces and scarecrows. The intention here is to allude to the landscape as well as the mischievous and matter of fact nature of the cows, while allowing a poetic resonance with anything else.
